Attention Career Seekers

Which of these questions have you asked?

"I'm not sure the company truly gets my value so I'm afraid if I ask for what I want, they won't give it."

"What if I ask for more and they say no. What do I do then?"

"I feel like my potential is being wasted here; no matter how much I achieve, nobody notices.”

"I wish I knew exactly what to say to convince employers that I'm worth what I'm asking."

"I'm doing the work of three people, but my salary doesn't reflect it."

"Is there a good way to find out how much I can ask for that employers will think is right?"

"I'm afraid to ask for more pay because they might withdraw the job offer."

"The industry is so unstable right now... Is it even the right time to ask for a raise or promotion?"

"Everyone is vying for the same few positions. How can I look more valuable in such a competitive field?"

"Negotiating is risky and what if pushing too hard for compensation jeopardizes my job security?"

About Your Coach

Sharee Wells is a coach who works with career seekers anxious to get the salaries, benefits, raises, promotions, and growth opportunities they want.

Through coaching and training, her clients speak their value and get the pay and advancement they dream of having in their careers.

Sharee knows that you must be able to talk about yourself and negotiate to advance in today's market. She believes that everyone can be comfortable doing that with the right skills, encouragement, and preparation to advocate for themselves with competence, confidence, and charisma.

Sharee began her career as an advocate negotiating long-term care facility complaint resolution in Oklahoma and Kansas. She later worked with the team that developed Oklahoma's Medicaid waiver systems which allowed elders and people with disabilities to have care at home instead of in nursing homes. Invited into a partnership in a career consulting firm, she transitioned to help career seekers become advocates for themselves and take charge of negotiating their own careers.

With 30 years in practice, she has coached over 3000 individuals and groups to achieve career satisfaction and success as they define it.

Sharee is certified through the International Coaching Academy (ICA) as a Certified Professional Coach, Certified Group Coach, and FlipIt™ Facilitator. A member of the International Coaching Federation, she is also a negotiator certified by the Harvard Project on Negotiation (PON).

Outside of her passion of coaching, Sharee loves family, travel, music, editing, and any experience of this great, big, wide world in all of its cultural diversity.
