Meet Your Coach...
Sharee Wells is a career coach who works with professionals seeking the better salaries, benefits, raises, promotions, and growth opportunities they want.
She provides coaching and training that helps her clients speak their value and get the pay and advancement they dream of having in their careers.
Sharee knows that you must be able to talk about yourself and negotiate to advance in today's competitive job market and believes that everyone can be comfortable doing that with the right plans, encouragement, and preparation.
Beginning her career as an advocate negotiating long-term care facility complaint resolution in Oklahoma and Kansas, Sharee also taught others to be advocates as well. She later worked with the team that developed Oklahoma's Medicaid waiver system, which allowed elders and people with disabilities to have care at home instead of in nursing homes. She negotiated the consolidation of forms from the numerous services of 7 state agencies into a single tool that all would use to assure that elder and disabled consumers could complete one form, once, for all the programs and services they needed. When the opportunity arose, Sharee negotiated her partnership in a career consulting firm to help career seekers become advocates for themselves and take charge of negotiating their own careers.
With 30 years in practice, she has coached over 3000 individuals and groups to achieve their career satisfaction and success.
Sharee is a Certified Professional Coach, Certified Group Coach, and FlipIt™ Facilitator through the International Coaching Academy (ICA). She is a member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and her negotiation certification is from the Harvard Project on Negotiation (PON).
Along with her passion for coaching, Sharee loves family, travel, music, editing, and opportunities to experience the big, wide, wonderful world of cultural diversity.
